By booking a stay at Birdsong, you agree to the following:

Rules

• Check in 4pm/ check out 11am
• Pets are allowed with additional fee ($50 per stay)
• Waste must be cleaned up and disposed of in designated receptacle
• The yard is not fenced and dogs must stay leashed when not inside (road is busy and there is wildlife in the area)
• No pets on furniture or beds
• No parties/be respectful of neighbors who live here full time and are close by.
• Quiet hours 11pm-7am
• No smoking or vaping indoors
• Remove all food items you bring into home
• Don’t leave fireplace on when not in the house
• Minimum age of renter- 25
• Please remove shoes in mudroom
• We are on a septic system, please only flush toilet paper and natural waste
• Individual booking the home must be there for the duration of the visit/ no booking for other people
• 2 night minimum stay

At check out

• Please leave slept-in beds unmade, place dirty towels on the bathroom floor, start dishwasher and empty all trash bags and recycling into the appropriate receptacles in the garage. This helps keep cleaning fee reasonable.
  

Payment Schedule

• 50% due at time of booking.
• Remaining balance due 14 days before arrival.

Cancelation Policy

• 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
• 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled between 29 and 7 days before arrival.
• 0% refundable if canceled less than 7 days ahead of time.

Damage deposit

• A pre-authorization of $250 is due 1 days before arrival and released 3 days after departure
