We had a wonderful stay! Upon entering Julie’s AirBnB we felt welcomed into a large open space with kitchen, living room and fire place. There’s actually a comfortably sized foyer area too which made coming and going very convenient between all our ski gear and keeping our dog away from the front door. The upstairs 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked very well for us with ample space for belongings. The guest suite on the other side of the house was very impressive, would have been great if we had other guests. This was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed and will definitely choose again when we come back to the area!

We booked Julie’s house as a Christmas gift to my family for a nice little getaway. Her house was beautiful and cozy, it truly felt like it was home away from home. One of the best airbnbs I have stayed at and would 100% recommend Birdsong to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Perfect location for exploring the High Peaks

Perfect location for exploring the High Peaks and trying all the ice cream flavors at Stewarts. Kitchen was well equipped which was so helpful when cooking for large groups.

Julie’s house is FABULOUS!!

Julie’s house is FABULOUS!! Clean, spacious, comfortable, floor heating (!), cozy fireplace, well equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, fun board games for guests to and, and, and. All around perfect! Also, quick and easy access to Mt Hoevenberg. Would definitely stay again. Julie is also very friendly and easy to communicate with. 5 stars all around.

Would definitely stay at Julie's place again!

My family (six adults and two toddlers) had a wonderful stay at Julie's place over Christmas. The house is extremely spacious and comfortable, and Julie was an excellent and responsive host (she replied promptly to our group's many questions in advance of and during our stay). Julie also provided numerous lovely touches, such as plentiful snacks and toiletries in the bathrooms. Would definitely stay at Julie's place again!

Thanksgiving in the high peaks

My family and I stayed at Birdsong with our dog Marcy for a long Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen was perfect for cooking Thanksgiving dinner as a family and relaxing by the fire afterwards. The house is exactly as described and had the perfect space for us to gather. The mudroom was so helpful since we were traveling with a dog. We love the Keene area - close to local shops and restaurants, so many great hikes and close enough to pop up to Lake Placid as well. We hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Birdsong! The house is private and peaceful, yet conveniently close to the center of Keene. It was the perfect fit for our large family. We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. One of the bedrooms—with its own bathroom—is set apart from the others, which worked out perfectly since my son and his wife were up at night with their baby. The layout couldn’t have been better for our group.

Our stay at Birdsong was perfect. The home was spacious and clean. Julie was an amazing host and communication was easy. We went for a wedding that was in Elizabethtown and also spent an afternoon in Lake Placid. Birdsong was convenient for both locations. We would definitely stay again!

Comfortable ADK Retreat

If you're looking for a peaceful escape in the heart of the Adirondacks, Birdsong is a gem. I was traveling with hiking friends, and Birdsong had a great balance of private space and gathering areas. The thoughtful touches stand out and make this an easy place to visit. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the house even has a mud room for muddy boots and sweaty backpacks! The location is great—close to Keene shops and many trailheads but set back enough from the main road that you’ve got peace and quiet, too. I hope to become a repeat visitor!

We would very happily stay here again! The Airbnb hosts thought of everything - a first aid kit, bug spray, great recommendations, a well-stocked kitchen, and beautiful home. Great location and quick drives to many different hikes. We loved the fire pit for roasting s’mores and my pup felt right at home too. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend Cobble Lookout Trail and Roaring Brook Falls for some easy/moderate hiking. Cedar Run Market and Bakery was a delightful spot for locally sourced goods and had the BEST scones. We’ll be back!
